Famed cosplay enthusiast Jessica Nigri takes on the role of Juliet from upcoming Suda51 action game Lollipop Chainsaw. These shots are unapologetic in their gratuitous use of zombies and lollipops. Proceed with caution.

    This game was transparently bred to appeal to a very specific demographic. It’ll surely have plenty of style to appeal to that demographic, but I wonder if it’ll have the substance behind it to actually offer a worthwhile gaming experience.

      I’ve never played any Suda games, but they have a dedicated following. I’d wager the game will be fun for those people, at least. No More Heroes sounded good (to which Lollipop Chainsaw has been likened), but I never got a chance to see for myself.

        At the very least, I’ll check out the reviews on Lollipop Chainsaw and see if it sounds deep enough to play.

        I’ve played Killer7 and No More Heroes. Killer7 was kooky at best. No More Heroes was different, but good. They’re both really distinct, unique games, though.

        Suda 51 is to videogames as Charlie Kaufman is to movies. Love them or hate them, you’ll sure as shit remember them.

          I’ve never played Killer 7 but I’ve spent over 300 hours playin No more heroes 1 and 2 for the Wii and No more heroes paradise to know that this game will crank UP the sexy rating through the roof same with the blood and humor. If you like funny shit you’ll like this game!
