After Angry Birds made the transition, I suppose it was only a matter of time before other developers ported their iOS and Android hits to Facebook. Enter my pick for the 2011 iOS Game of the Year, Jetpack Joyride.
If you have a Facebook account and some spare time, it doesn’t get a whole lot easier to understand than the one-button (in this case, space bar) gameplay of Jetpack Joyride. The game hits all the right notes, especially nerd humor, and plays smooth like Billy Dee Williams.
The game’s only gotten better since it was reviewed with numerous updates bringing everything from new costumes and vehicles to completely new “Gadget” mechanics in its latest update.
If your coins aren’t showing up, you may need to refresh the game. This looks like something that will need to be addressed in future updates.Tweet
