It's got Level 5 written all over, en't? But the Ghibli influence makes this game really special.

More than anything, the world map just makes the game for me. It, along with all the beasties peppered about, is the perfect scale for adventure! This game's presentation is amazing.

I feel like it's the game I've been waiting for since I finished Dragon Quest 8 — which also happens to fold in my favorite aspects of Dragon Quest 9 and Dark Cloud 2, as well as the gorgeous trappings and storytelling of the planet's best film studio.

It's not as fun as DQ9, but I can't imagine how anything else could be.
