The Best Thing to Do With Three Monitors

Monday, October 7th, 2013 by

When I got a third monitor at work, this was one of the first things I thought of doing:

zelda triforce monitors

Of course, I waited until after business hours to create it (ahem).

If possible, I’d lift all three monitors over my head and play the traditional Zelda treasure-chest fanfare music.

It’d be great if you had the Link to the Past opening, where they’re flipping around. Make that happen, and it’ll be the GIF of the century. You’ll officially win the Internet.

I love the 8-bit perler stuff. I’m all sorts of jealous that I can’t get my grubby mitts on those, too. That’s how I would spend EVERY night.

You are so right. Too bad I don’t have the time to create three such GIFs.

Dude, you can snag perler sprites all day on Etsy.

No matter, sir. It’s pretty boss as is.

I just meant isolating the triforce, making a video, playing the three videos simultaneously, recording it with your iPhone, uploading it, and then making a GIF out of the video.

Which, now that I write it out, is an awful lot of work.

That said, it’d also make for a killer screensaver.
