As you may already know, Square Enix recently released screens for an upcoming pictorial in Arena Homme+ featuring characters from Final Fantasy XIII-2 in Prada’s Spring / Summer collection. In it, they claimed that it was the first collaboration between Prada and Square Enix. That was true… but only half of it.
You see, I grew up loving Diehard: GameFan and have many issues here in Korea with me. There was always something about Nick Rox’s RPG reviews that stuck with me. But, that’s neither here nor there.
The point is, while Square Enix never collaborated with Prada, Squaresoft tried it once. Here’s the ad that they ran in Diehard: GameFan back in 1994…
