Plants vs. Zombies 2 is coming. Though the press release is short on details, PopCap Games has a tentative release date slated for Spring 2013.

Markham Asylum had a Plants vs. Zombies sequel on his wishlist. Considering how popular it is with casual and hardcore alike, making a sequel was a real no-brainer. While no platform has been announced, the first one was ported to every possible platform. I think it even showed up on the Tiger Game.com in some form. I’m sure we’ll get more of the same treatment here.
